The Sanders Team Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The Sanders Team website, quarterly educational trading mentorship, digital educational materials, private community, subscriptions, communications, merchandise, and any other products or services made available by The Sanders Team.
Throughout these Terms, “The Sanders Team,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Sanders Team and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, instructors, and authorized representatives where applicable. “You,” “your,” and “user” refer to any person who visits our website, purchases a product, enrolls in our mentorship, creates an account, subscribes to our private community, or otherwise uses our services.
By accessing our website, purchasing or renewing the quarterly mentorship, subscribing to the private community, purchasing merchandise, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or use our services.
2. Nature of Our Services
The Sanders Team is an educational trading mentorship business that provides educational resources relating to financial markets, market structure, trading concepts, strategy development, risk management, trading psychology, discipline, performance review, and related subjects.
Our services may include recorded lessons, written educational materials, charts, market commentary, educational market breakdowns, mentorship resources, live or recorded sessions, community discussions, worksheets, educational frameworks, and other learning materials.
The Sanders Team provides education only. We do not provide individualized investment advisory services, brokerage services, portfolio management, trade execution, or personalized financial recommendations.
Participation in The Sanders Team does not create an investment adviser-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, brokerage relationship, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or any other professional financial advisory relationship.
Our separate Trading Risk Disclosure contains additional information regarding financial-market risks and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase or use our paid services unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing.
By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that all information you provide is accurate and truthful, and that your use of our services complies with applicable law.
The Sanders Team reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the business, its users, its intellectual property, or the integrity of its services.
4. Accounts and Account Security
Certain Sanders Team products and services may require you to create an account through our website or through a third-party platform used to deliver our services.
Your account is intended solely for your personal use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You may not share, sell, transfer, loan, sublicense, or otherwise provide another person with access to your account, course materials, mentorship access, private community membership, or other paid services.
You agree to notify The Sanders Team promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access, account compromise, or suspected misuse of your credentials.
The Sanders Team may suspend or terminate an account where it reasonably believes unauthorized access, account sharing, fraud, security abuse, or another violation of these Terms has occurred.
5. Quarterly Educational Mentorship
The Sanders Team educational trading mentorship is offered on a recurring quarterly billing basis.
When you enroll in the mentorship, you are purchasing access to the applicable educational program for a three-month billing period.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, the quarterly mentorship will automatically renew at the end of each three-month period until canceled.
The applicable quarterly price, renewal frequency, and other material billing terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
By enrolling in the quarterly mentorship, you expressly authorize The Sanders Team and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the disclosed quarterly amount on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Each successful quarterly payment provides access to the applicable educational services and materials for that billing period, subject to these Terms and all incorporated policies.
6. Quarterly Renewals
Your mentorship subscription will generally renew approximately every three months on or around the renewal date established when your paid enrollment begins.
By completing your initial purchase, you authorize future quarterly renewal charges until cancellation.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate and valid payment method associated with your account.
If a recurring payment is declined, expired, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, The Sanders Team may suspend or restrict access until the payment issue is resolved.
Where required by applicable law, The Sanders Team will provide renewal disclosures, notices, or other communications relating to automatic renewal.
7. Canceling the Quarterly Mentorship
You may cancel your quarterly mentorship before your next scheduled renewal using the cancellation method made available by The Sanders Team.
Proper cancellation stops future quarterly renewal charges.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not retroactively reverse or refund a quarterly payment that was properly processed before cancellation.
If you cancel during an active quarterly billing period, you may generally retain access through the end of that paid three-month period. Your access will then expire unless you renew or re-enroll.
Cancellation of the quarterly mentorship does not automatically cancel any separate monthly private community subscription. If you also wish to cancel community membership, you must separately cancel that subscription.
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Private Community Eligibility
The Sanders Team private community is an optional additional service available to qualifying customers who have purchased The Sanders Team educational mentorship.
Private community access is not automatically included with your quarterly mentorship unless an offer expressly states otherwise.
Purchasing the quarterly mentorship gives eligible customers the opportunity to separately purchase a private community membership.
The quarterly mentorship and monthly private community subscription are separate services with separate charges, billing cycles, and cancellation requirements.
The Sanders Team may require members of the private community to maintain qualifying mentorship status as disclosed at the time the community membership is purchased.
9. Monthly Private Community Subscription
If you choose to join The Sanders Team private community, your community membership will be billed separately on a recurring monthly basis.
The monthly membership price and recurring nature of the subscription will be disclosed before you complete the purchase.
By subscribing, you expressly authorize The Sanders Team and its payment processor to charge the disclosed monthly membership amount to your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
The community subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date.
10. Canceling Private Community Membership
You may cancel your private community subscription separately from your quarterly mentorship.
Canceling the community membership stops future monthly community renewal charges but does not cancel your quarterly mentorship.
Likewise, canceling your quarterly mentorship does not automatically cancel the monthly community subscription unless the community requires active mentorship status and your eligibility ends.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation of the community subscription does not retroactively refund a monthly payment that was properly processed before cancellation.
You may generally retain community access through the end of the monthly billing period already paid for unless access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms.
11. Relationship Between Mentorship and Community Access
The quarterly mentorship and monthly private community membership are separate paid services.
The mentorship is the primary educational program. The private community is an optional additional subscription available only to eligible customers.
A community membership does not replace, reduce, modify, or eliminate any payment obligation associated with the quarterly mentorship.
Canceling one service does not automatically create a refund right for the other.
If your qualifying mentorship purchase is refunded, reversed, canceled, invalidated, or terminated because of fraud, account sharing, unauthorized distribution, intellectual property violations, or another material breach, your eligibility for private community access may also be terminated.
12. Subscription Disclosures and Consent
Before you purchase any recurring service from The Sanders Team, the applicable price, billing frequency, recurring nature of the charge, and material cancellation terms will be disclosed.
By completing the purchase, you affirmatively agree to the recurring billing arrangement and authorize The Sanders Team and its payment processors to process future charges according to the applicable billing cycle.
Your initial enrollment will not be based solely on silence or inactivity.
The Sanders Team will provide cancellation methods and recurring billing disclosures consistent with applicable law.
13. Pricing Changes
The Sanders Team reserves the right to change the price of future mentorship periods, community subscriptions, products, and services.
Where required by law, appropriate notice of a recurring subscription price change will be provided before the new price is charged.
If you do not wish to continue at a revised price, you may cancel the applicable service before the price change becomes effective.
Promotional pricing, sales, temporary discounts, or future price reductions do not create a right to a refund or retroactive price adjustment for previously completed purchases.
14. Digital Content Access
Access to Sanders Team educational materials is licensed to you for personal educational use only.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any course, video, chart, worksheet, lesson, presentation, educational framework, methodology, recording, community content, or other material.
Access rights are governed by the particular service you purchase and may depend on maintaining an active subscription or account in good standing.
Where mentorship access is tied to an active quarterly subscription, cancellation or expiration of the applicable paid period may end access to materials available only to active members.
15. Intellectual Property
The Sanders Team retains all rights, title, and interest in its original intellectual property.
This includes course videos, written lessons, educational models, trading frameworks, charts, graphics, PDFs, worksheets, templates, recordings, live-session content, community content, website material, logos, business names, branding, designs, and other proprietary resources.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, record, screen-record, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, license, rent, modify, translate, reverse engineer, create unauthorized derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use or distribution may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.
16. Limited License
When you purchase a Sanders Team service, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the material included with your purchase for your own educational use.
This license does not grant you ownership rights.
You may not use our materials to create, operate, promote, or sell a competing course, trading community, mentorship, product, service, or educational resource without prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by The Sanders Team.
17. Community Conduct
Members of The Sanders Team private community are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, discrimination, fraud, spam, scams, impersonation, unlawful behavior, deliberate disruption, or conduct that materially interferes with another member's use of the community is prohibited.
The private community may not be used to recruit members into competing communities, advertise external businesses, solicit customers, promote outside paid services, distribute unauthorized affiliate offers, build outside groups using Sanders Team members, or otherwise exploit community access for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
You may not misuse or distribute another member's private information, messages, payment information, screenshots, account information, or other non-public material without authorization.
The Sanders Team reserves the right to moderate discussions, remove content, restrict privileges, suspend accounts, or terminate membership when conduct violates these Terms or materially damages the integrity or safety of the community.
18. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website, mentorship, private community, content, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted material, another user's account, payment systems, databases, servers, software, or third-party services connected to The Sanders Team.
You may not introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, automated scraping tools, unauthorized bots, or other systems designed to interfere with, copy, extract, damage, or improperly access our services.
You may not falsely represent yourself as an employee, partner, representative, affiliate, sponsor, or authorized agent of The Sanders Team.
19. Accuracy and Educational Information
The Sanders Team makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful educational content.
However, financial markets, laws, economic conditions, platform features, technology, prices, and other information may change.
We do not guarantee that every chart, lesson, statement, market discussion, example, or educational resource will remain complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every situation.
Historical content may be provided for educational context and should not be interpreted as representing current market conditions.
We may revise, correct, update, reorganize, or replace educational material where appropriate.
20. No Guarantee of Results
The Sanders Team does not guarantee profitability, income, proprietary trading firm funding, account growth, financial independence, trading performance, or any other financial result.
Purchasing or renewing the mentorship, subscribing to the private community, participating in educational sessions, following a trading framework, or using our materials does not guarantee that you will achieve the same result as another individual.
Individual outcomes vary and may depend on knowledge, experience, discipline, execution, psychology, risk management, capital, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.

21. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading and financial-market education involve subjects associated with substantial financial risk.
Our separate Trading Risk Disclosure contains important information regarding financial losses, hypothetical or simulated results, past performance, educational examples, testimonials, and other trading-related risks.
The Trading Risk Disclosure is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be reviewed before purchasing or using any Sanders Team service.
22. Refunds and Cancellations
All refund and cancellation matters are governed by The Sanders Team Refund & Cancellation Policy.
That policy addresses quarterly mentorship renewals, monthly private community subscriptions, cancellation procedures, billing disputes, duplicate charges, technical access issues, merchandise returns, and other refund matters.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
23. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Sanders Team may use third-party companies and platforms for website hosting, course delivery, payment processing, community hosting, communications, analytics, video delivery, software, or other operational services.
We do not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, performance, privacy practices, or continued operation.
Your use of a third-party platform may be subject to that provider's separate terms and policies.
References or links to third-party websites, brokers, charting platforms, software, services, or resources do not necessarily constitute endorsement by The Sanders Team.
24. Service Availability and Modifications
We make reasonable efforts to maintain access to our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, cybersecurity events, internet interruptions, software updates, platform changes, payment processor issues, or third-party outages.
The Sanders Team may add, remove, modify, reorganize, replace, or discontinue individual features or resources when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a specific lesson, feature, community channel, instructor, live session, platform, or educational resource will remain available indefinitely unless expressly promised in writing as part of the applicable purchased service.
25. Merchandise
The Sanders Team may offer physical merchandise separately from its educational subscriptions.
The availability, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refund rules applicable to physical merchandise are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page.
Purchasing merchandise does not provide access to the quarterly mentorship or private community unless expressly stated otherwise.
26. User Submissions and Feedback
If you voluntarily provide reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, testimonials, or other submissions to The Sanders Team, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights.
General feedback or suggestions do not create an obligation for The Sanders Team to compensate you or treat the underlying idea as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any promotional use of your name, image, likeness, testimonial, or personally identifiable customer content will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
27. Privacy
The collection, use, storage, and handling of personal information by The Sanders Team are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
28. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Sanders Team website, educational mentorship, private community, products, materials, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Sanders Team does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, completely secure, or suitable for every individual.
Except where prohibited by law, The Sanders Team disclaims applicable express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, and non-infringement.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Sanders Team and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon our website, mentorship, community, products, educational content, or other services.
Where permitted by law, this includes claims involving lost profits, lost opportunities, lost revenue, trading losses, business interruption, lost data, third-party platform failures, account restrictions, or decisions made based upon educational information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Sanders Team's aggregate liability relating to a particular product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to The Sanders Team for the applicable product or service during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Where applicable law does not permit a particular exclusion or limitation, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
30. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Sanders Team and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful misuse of our services, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorized distribution of our content, or other conduct for which indemnification may lawfully be required.
31. Suspension and Termination
The Sanders Team may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it reasonably determines that a user has materially violated these Terms.
Reasons may include account sharing, unauthorized distribution of educational materials, intellectual property infringement, fraud, harassment, abuse, unauthorized solicitation, security circumvention, nonpayment, chargeback abuse, or other serious misuse of our services.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination without advance notice.
Termination for misconduct is separate from voluntary cancellation and may result in immediate loss of access.
Refund eligibility following termination is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
32. Electronic Communications
By conducting business with The Sanders Team electronically, you consent to receive applicable account notices, receipts, purchase confirmations, subscription information, renewal communications, billing notices, policy updates, and other business communications electronically to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address associated with your account.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available communication preferences.
33. Force Majeure
The Sanders Team shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, civil disturbances, public emergencies, power outages, internet failures, cybersecurity incidents, telecommunications disruptions, payment processor outages, third-party platform failures, labor disruptions, or other events that could not reasonably be prevented.
34. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or non-waivable consumer law requires otherwise.
To the extent a dispute may lawfully be required to proceed in court, the appropriate state or federal courts located within South Carolina shall have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that cannot legally be waived.
35. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
36. No Waiver
The failure of The Sanders Team to exercise or enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
Any waiver must be made in writing by an authorized representative of The Sanders Team.
37. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from The Sanders Team.
The Sanders Team may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change in ownership, or similar business transaction.
38. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Trading Risk Disclosure, applicable checkout disclosures, subscription terms, and any other written policy expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Sanders Team regarding your use of the applicable services.
They supersede prior communications or understandings relating to the same subject matter unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
39. Changes to These Terms
The Sanders Team may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, subscription structure, pricing, technology, operations, or legal obligations.
The current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, such notice will be provided.
Continued use of the applicable services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

By purchasing or renewing The Sanders Team quarterly educational mentorship, subscribing to the optional monthly private community, purchasing merchandise, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Trading Risk Disclosure, and applicable checkout disclosures.
